Government Relations/Public Policy Ryan Donovan, will join the Washington, D.C. office of the Credit Union National Association as vice president of federal legislative affairs on Sept. 4. Donovan has been director of federal government affairs for the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues since 2005.
